I found the staff very friendly and helpful, especially at reception. my room overlooked the garden and pool. I enjoyed lovely sunsets. the pool area was fantastic, with comfortable loungers and a relaxed atmosphere.
the hotel location is a bit busy to get to. you might need to rely on navigation apps for directions.

the room had a great rainfall shower, i enjoyed it. it also featured a comfortable bed. the standard room was quite comfortable with a garden view (i recommend getting one!).

the front desk team was always smiling and helpful. i found mr idriss particularly professional at the reception. the hotel manager, mr firas, made a great impression along with the whole management team.

the hotel is near the metro, a short walk if you use the underpass. the area is quiet and peaceful. this made getting around quite convenient for exploring the surrounding area.

my room was a sky classic room. it had a fabulous bathroom that includes a rainfall shower. the breakfast was a highlight. it offered a variety and quality of food. the breakfast service operates until 11am.
the check-in process took longer. i spent about an hour at the reception. this was inconvenient after a long flight.

the pool area includes a waterfall feature and is very nice. the hotel houses an indoor garden which has good spots to relax. the gym has modern equipment for a full workout.
